GYMSLIC
Club Gymslic Saint-Laurent offers gymnastics classes in the recreational and competitive sectors with the aim of introducing young athletes to the sport.
ABout us
For over 30 years, Club Gymslic Saint-Laurent has been offering artistic gymnastics programs throughout the borough of Saint-Laurent.
Every year, over 880 children aged 16 months to 16 years take part in our preschool, recreational and competitive programs.

Competitive
Our approach in the competitive sector consists of teaching the basics of artistic gymnastics while maintaining a balance between the search for technical quality of execution and pleasure
recreative
In this sector, children learn different gymnastic movements and the basics of practice on five apparatus: vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
day camp
At Gymslic day camp, children do vault, bars, balance beam, floor, trampoline and also… crafts, swimming, big games, outings and special activities.
student-athlete
Our student-athlete program aims to offer more training hours to our competitive gymnasts so that they can develop more quickly.
